The Lighthouse in Sopot is one of ten lighthouses in the Pomorskie Region and is one of the city’s most beautiful landmarks. The lighthouse was built in 1903–1904. Today, it is mainly an observation deck from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Open to tourists visitors the year round. Initially, it was a viewing tower to hide an ugly chimney from the Spa House boiler room. Today, it is a navigating beacon, part of the Polish maritime system and an observation point from which you can see part of Sopot and its Pier.Light range: 17 nautical miles.
