What’s the difference between traditional card and tourist card app?The app is free, you only pay for the packages it’s loaded with. Traditional card is a piece of plastic that costs 5 PLN. You can download and install the app at the most convenient time and the plastic version needs to be picked up at a chosen point (list of TI points) or ordered to be delivered at an address designated by you.

After download of the app you need to create an account via our website giving an e-mail and setting a password. The next thing to do, in order to use the Tourist Card on your phone, is to buy a package (Explorer or Explorer Premium). The app also allows you to buy a metropolitan ticket, which you can use on public transportation (buses, trams, fast urban rail or trolleybuses) in the area of a whole Tricity (more about discounts HERE).
You can use the app by showing a QR code or a barcode, which is available in the main menu of the app, at museums and tourist attractions, that are a part of the card’s system, in a chosen package.
