No. Only pensioners who are in possession of a document which entitles them to a discount issued in the Republic of Poland are entiled to a reduced metropolitan ticket.

Students of foreign universities ( younger than 26 years of age ) are entiled to a reduced metropolitan ticket if they are bearers of an ISIC or EURO<26 "Student" card ( issued outside the Republic of Poland ).

Yes. If you posses a school/university student ID Card ( to be presented upon request ), you can purchase a discounted Tourist Card. This also applies to young people from abroad.
